Hydroseeding is a way to save money with your new or existing lawn.  In addition to the advantages of hydroseeding, lawns get erosion control while new grass grows in.  Hydro-seeding is a great sod alternative for lawn establishment or lawn renovation - It's less expensive, can be custom blended to suit your lawn's needs, and quick growing.  Seeding a new lawn costs much less than turfgrass installation. 

You can expect grass to appear in 10-13 days.  Your new yard should have an established stand of grass in 3-4 weeks with proper care. 
In Eastern North Carolina, there are several grass types we recommend.  Lawns in the Southeast have to survive hot summers, cool winters, and dry periods.  Additionally, in Coastal NC, yards have to be salt-tolerant.

Homes near the Pamlico Sound, Neuse River, in Beaufort, Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle or any low-lying area should consider our new carpetgrass.  This grass is very salt-tolerant.
